Mike Jones

Chief Executive Officer - Chief Jones spent 35 years with the federal government. Thirty-one years of first responders experience as a Firefighter/EMT-B and four years on active duty in the US Army. Heretired as the Commander Navy Region Hawaii Federal Fire Chief, which is the only Federal Fire Department responsible for fire and emergency services across DoD service lines and multiple jurisdictional concerns for all DoD in Hawaii. He is a native Hawaiian and Vietnam veteran.

Doug Hughes
Doug Hughes

President - As commander of a major naval base and chief of staff of a Navy Region, Hughes has extensive leadership experience in all aspects of security (facility, port, and air) and Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP). He has led major initiatives improving operations including the funding, design, and construction of regional command operations centers. Hughes is an experienced government financial specialist, including congressional appropriations liaison assignments.

Brad Beck

31 years of Law Enforcement experience with a major metropolitan police department. Beck specializes in Emergency and Tactical Operational Services, including General Policing, SWAT, Counter-Terrorism, Force-Protection, Tactical Communications Technologies. Beck has helped develop policy and procedures for Local, State, Federal, and Military entities.
